Privacy Policy

Western Appliance ceased operations in 2020. This website is maintained only as a reference for former customers — a record of the company’s history and a list of service contacts. It is not a store, and nothing here can be purchased.

We do not collect any information

There are no forms, no accounts, no sign-ups, and no way to submit anything to us through this site. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, or any other personal information.

No cookies and no tracking

This site sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no advertising tags, and no tracking scripts of any kind. The pages are plain HTML with no JavaScript, and every image and stylesheet is served from this same website — nothing loads from an outside company that could observe your visit.

Server logs

Like any website, ours runs on a web server that keeps routine logs of requests it receives. These typically record an IP address, the date and time, the page requested, and the browser used. Our hosting provider generates these automatically as part of operating the server. We do not use them to identify visitors, we do not combine them with any other information, and we do not sell or share them.

Links to other websites

Our Service Help page lists other businesses so that former customers can find appliance service. Those listings are provided for reference only and are not endorsements — we have no relationship with these companies and cannot vouch for their work. If you follow a link, you leave this website, and whatever happens next is governed by that company’s own privacy practices, not ours.

Children

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children.

Changes to this policy

If the way this site works ever changes, this page will be updated and the date below revised. Because the company is closed, the site is not actively staffed, and no email address is monitored.

Last updated August 8, 2026. This policy replaces an earlier version written for the company’s e-commerce website, which described data practices that no longer apply.
